One fee, lower the larger your order, with a minimum per order, and nothing else. No monthly plan, no signup cost, no minimum order, no charge for processing a return.
The percentage is calculated on the price of the products, and it falls as the order grows. Shipping carries no fee: we don't charge a percentage for handling a parcel. There is a minimum of €1.50 per order, so below roughly €17 of products what you pay is that minimum and the effective rate sits above the table; the cart always shows you the rate actually applied.

When we can read the shop's shipping cost, the one you see is theirs. When it isn't published, we set aside a provision of €4.99 that you can correct in the cart if you know what they charge. That provision is ours to set, so it carries 21% VAT just like the fee; and if it turns out there was money left over, that surplus comes back to you as credit on your next order.
We take no spread on conversion. If the product is listed in another currency we use European Central Bank reference rates, published once every working day.
We charge nothing for processing one. The parcel goes back to the shop that sold it, not to us, and whatever they refund we pass on to you in full. Our fee is not part of that amount: it pays for a job already carried out.
No signup cost, no subscription, no minimum order, no account maintenance charge, and no surcharge for paying in one cryptocurrency rather than another.
An order with €100.00 of products falls in the 6.5% band: the fee is €6.50, 21% VAT on it is €1.37, and you pay €107.87 in total. If that order carried shipping, the parcel would be added separately — with no fee on it — and would also count towards the VAT base.
