You copy the address of the product page, whichever shop it is, and paste it into the search bar. Install CendanBridge on an Android phone and you do not even need that: in the shop app or your browser, tap Share and pick us, and the link arrives already filled in. On iPhone that share sheet does not accept web apps, so there it is copy and paste. We read that page and pull out the name, the price, the currency it's listed in, the shipping cost and the available variants such as size or colour. If the shop lists in another currency we convert to euros using European Central Bank reference rates and show the original amount next to it so you can check it yourself.
The cart shows four lines and no others: the product price, shipping, our fee — with the percentage actually being applied to you — and VAT, which is charged on what is ours: fee plus shipping. No new line appears at the last step. If the price has moved at the shop since you added the item, we tell you and ask you to confirm before any charge is issued.
The amount is fixed in euros and a specialised payment gateway gives you the address and the exact amount in the coin and network you chose. Because the price is locked in euros, whatever the coin does while you complete the payment doesn't change what you get. Once the network confirms the transaction, the order moves into processing.
We place the order at the original shop and have the product sent to the address you gave us. From your account you follow the status at all times, with payment references and shipping details. If something goes wrong upstream — out of stock, a delay — we write to you; you don't have to chase us.
Some pages don't publish a readable price, or hide it behind options. In those cases the order generates no charge at all: it becomes a quote. We check the price, the shipping and the availability by hand and come back to you with a firm amount. Accepting it is your call, and you're under no obligation until you do.
For some items you do not need to order through us: we send you to the shop to buy with your own account. You will see it clearly marked beforehand, and we charge you nothing.
You ask the shop that sold it, using the receipt we gave you. Once they accept, the money reaches us and we pass it on to you in crypto, to the wallet you give us. The gateway emails you to confirm the address: a blockchain transfer to the wrong address is not recoverable.
The claim goes to the shop that sold it, using the receipt we handed you. If you need the order number or the purchase details, they are in your account.
